Ordered ahead, got to store early. Waited in line and when I got to the counter it was the time for our order to have been ready. 6 pack, he then runs back, makes a box and says here. It’s my fault for not checking before I left, but completely missing a cookie and the ones that were in there were greasy and flat. Sadly disappointed and guess we will have to find other cookie options from now on.

Ordered from here several times while staying downtown, I give them an overall experience rating of 8 out 10. Knocked off a couple points credits because they usually do not have a great variety ready to go, and sometimes depending on who's working, not the friendliest of service. Ordered the Valentine’s heart cookie, and the triple threat cookie cake. They were both pretty good, and that's usually the case at this store.

I wandered in after enjoying a few drinks and some music on Beale St. The hours of operation is such a perk for late-night sweets cravings. The gentleman at the cashier who helped me pack my box of deluxe cookies was patient and efficient in handing off the treats. (His hospitality definitely left a great impression of this cookie shop!) I visited Insomnia Cookies on Beale Street in downtown Memphis around midnight last night and was very disappointed with my experience. The employees stated they could not take any in-store orders because they had too many DoorDash orders, even though the store did not close until 1:00 a.m. I was completely refused service and was unable to order anything at all. As a paying customer, I found this very unprofessional and unacceptable. If the store is open, customers should still be able to place orders or at least be given better customer service and communication instead of being turned away
