We went to Panera today and experienced a really long wait for food. We were informed about the delay ahead of time, and we were only there to get soup for my daughter. I asked if the 25-minute wait also applied to just soup or mainly sandwich-related items. Lindy was so nice and helpful. She was able to get us the soup right away, and we had an excellent experience because of her kindness and customer service. She was very apologetic about the wait time and handled everything wonderfully. Great job, Lindy — you do an amazing job!

Typical Panera experience, which isn’t a bad thing. This location was clean, not overly crowded, and easy to navigate. Service wasn’t especially fast, but the staff were perfectly fine, no issues, just not in a rush. They have the standard ordering kiosks, plus the option to order at the cashier, which is always nice. One highlight: the coffee was actually well-stocked around 5 PM (not always a guarantee at Panera later in the day), so that was a win. Bathrooms were clean, and overall it was a solid, no-surprises stop.

I had placed a pick up order for just bakery items and had been waiting in the store. The lady who was getting my bakery items had grabbed a cookie out of the case and then had put it back and grabbed one that was already packaged. I had asked the lady if that was the order for Neveah and she said in a very snarky tone “I don’t know we will call the order when it’s ready” I was asking because she had put a cookie back and grabbed another one. The worse ever!!! Order was late, the new salad stuffer had less vegetables than a regular sandwich, and my mini cookies was a bag of broken up cookies and crumbs. So disappointed. Will never return to this or any other Panera after this experience. The food cost too much for the garbage I was served!!!
