The food is good, but I don’t like the way the manager solved the problem. I ordered a zucchini pasta, requested extra zucchini. As the picture shows the zucchini is too much. I was charged $10 for the extra zucchini. Before I left, I still felt uncomfortable with the bill since I was not reminded of the price. I just wanted to know if the extra price was listed on the menu or not, maybe it was my fault that I didn’t see it on the menu. We've eaten here a couple of times and have found the food terrific and the service is fantastic. The experience is warm, friendly and delicious! Edit: We continue to come back to try other offerings and to enjoy the hospitality and awesome service. The steaks have been tasty and delicious, the ribs have been great, sandwiches are really good .... the the soup are a great way to start, BUT .... the desserts are on a whole other level. The cheese cake is amongst some of the best I've ever had and the cobblers have all been to die for. We heartily recommend Austin's Grill here in Mentor!

Not sure how this place is even open. Ordered carry out tonight and was highly dissatisfied. Texas BBQ, half rack of ribs and an Austin’s filet. Both the ribs and brisket are clearly oven baked with some liquid smoke tossed on them. No smoke ring at all on either, wouldn’t feed this to my dogs. Will never be back.
