This is hands-down my favorite Dunkin', and I don't say that lightly. The team here is consistently friendly, fast, and efficient, the kind of place where the good service isn't a one-off, it's every single visit. A few things set them apart. They always give pup cups, which my dog has come to expect and now pulls toward the second we get close. They make accommodations without hesitation, no questions asked, no attitude, just genuine willingness to help. And the staff are unfailingly kind. I got to see exactly how kind under real pressure recently. I was behind someone in the drive-through

Line for drive thru took forever, got home, my son went to eat his bagel and this is what wr found for the cream cheese. Someone put that little amount on and decided that was enough.

Let me just say that the sweet lady that usually takes the orders at the drive thru makes my day. She greets customers with genuine kindness and provides a memorable experience. And it's not just me, coworkers of mine will rave about how she's such a sweetheart and brings smiles to their faces I'm giving five stars for atmosphere because I like sitting in my own car. Four stars because I got burnt toast once.

Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Their drive thru line is completely inefficient. There needs to be a way for the customer to park and quickly go inside to pick up their mobile order. The drive-thru line is so long that by the time you reach the window your order has melted or it’s no longer hot/fresh. It also takes at least 30 minutes to get through the line. The whole point of having a drive-thru is for efficiency. This Dunkin really needs to change their process.
