Our order got messed up, no bun because of celiac, when we went to ask for the order to be fixed it was rudely done by the young girl who was working and the manager. They both seemed upset to fix our order and honestly pretty rude about it. Food was Burger King quality so not bad but the customer service was awful. To be honest I feel like we were discriminated against because the girl used to work for a place I managed at and it ended kind of bad. Not going to elaborate on that but it’s pretty much because of the same kind of customer service we were shown here.

We just went through the drive through and the girl running the window is very rude. I politely asked if we could please have a drink holder and some extra ranch? To which she replied “it’s already in there.” Once I got home and opened my bag, we had 1 ranch for all 4 of our chicken meals.. and our lemonades were 95% ice 5% drink. Everything tasted fine, but our experience was not good.

I was stuck in line for over AN HOUR. They made no mention of them being short staffed when I ordered. I tried calling 4 times and couldn’t reach anyone. When they finally answered, I was told she was the only employee there working. I saw an employee walk in through the back door about 30 minutes into the wait. A complete joke. Don’t take orders if you cannot accommodate. No exit lane for the drive thru.
