Basically a Mediterranean Chipotle. My mother and I had dine-in lunch. Not that busy at all. We both had bowls. Plenty of fresh delicious options. They went too heavy on the sauce at the end of the line. It overpowered every other flavor. Other than that it was great. Delicious selection of naturally sweetened sodas at a fountain, delicious fresh juices and lemonade. Super welcoming, friendly staff. Food is about $1-$2 overpriced, but fair I guess. Will definitely return!

I visited Cava for the first time a few days ago. I got the scoop by work of mouth and decided to give it a whirl. If you need to eat anti inflammatory foods or just want to try something different I recommend that you try this place.
