Terrible service. The line was incredibly long, and people were getting desperate because the employees didn't even seem to know what they were doing. They were very slow and served miserly portions of food; they don't even know how to wrap a burrito properly. In the end, my burrito was poorly wrapped—the tortilla was completely torn, and the presentation was awful. They really need to train their staff better, or hire some Latino workers, as they tend to be faster. I definitely won't be returning to this Chipotle; I am very disappointed.

Horrible! They don’t speak English and when you say what you want on your bowl or how you want it, just figure it won’t happen. Absolutely ridiculous. On top of that, as much as I eat Chipotle, this one’s the worst. I spend $40+ every time and this is baby portions. I’ll take my money elsewhere and get two steak meals and actually get full for that price. If you want your moneys worth, DONT GO HERE.

I made an online order at this location for a Burrito Bowl with steak, black beans, sour cream, guacamole and cheese. Gave them 20 minutes from my order to finish it by the time I arrived when my food was due at 5:10, it wasn't ready. Not a big deal they seemed a little busy. I waited around for 7 minutes to get my order after being asked twice what my order was like they didn't receive it. Though they even confirmed that they did receive my order. I seem to always draw the shortest straw when I come here. Got here on a Sunday post gym, starving, and hoping that I would get a normal sized bowl. I wasn't even hoping for the colossal bowls they used to give us. When I got there, the workers were not happy whenever I pointed out what I wanted in the bowl, and when I asked for extra cheese, she, with an attitude, picked up a couple extra strands of cheese.
