I had a very concerning experience at the Chick-fil-A located at 2385 South Lake Mall, Merrillville, IN. After receiving my order, I noticed a strong, fermented/ammonia like odor coming from multiple Polynesian sauce packets. This was not a normal food smell and appeared consistent with spoilage. I stopped eating immediately. This is not food that should be given to children or pets, and it raises serious safety concerns. Really friendly staff. Makayla at the counter was super sweet and friendly, as well as very helpful. Grandpa John (I think was his name) was also very nice, asked how we were doing, where we were from and spent some time just chatting with us. Chicken and salads were also very good. Overall a great experience.

This is absolutely unacceptable. Why am I waiting twenty minutes curbside for a large drink. Its everytime I come in and its the same manager who is on shift. They need to tighten this up because this is absolutely unacceptable. I walk in and its sitting on the counter and the girl looks at me and hands me it. The manager the last time argued with me because thwy messed up on a sandwich. All i wanted last time was a chicken sandwich with wheat bread and they handed me a specialty spicy sandwich.
