My wife and I drove to get a few sandwiches from Arby's the other night. We hadn't eaten all day or from Arby's in quite awhile.... so we were really hungry and ready to get back to the house to eat with our daughter. The drive thru process was pretty routine and easy. Once we returned home and sat down to eat, that's when the disappointment kicked in. We were expecting a fluffy sandwich with multiple pieces of roast beef piled. on each sandwich. I recently stopped by Arby's for a quick meal and overall had a positive experience. The first thing I noticed was how clean everything was. The dining room was well kept, tables wiped down, and the floors looked freshly maintained. Even the prep area, which you could partially see from the counter, appeared organized and tidy, which was nice. The staff were especially friendly and welcoming. Went and picked up ny order on the app, ordered a DBL deluxe charged for a double but instead got a single. Never had a problem except for this.
