Came to this CiCi’s with my dad and children after not visiting for over seven years, and I was genuinely happy to see the business still open and welcoming. Unfortunately, the taste and quality of the food just didn’t meet my expectations. The pasta was still a bit hard, and the sauce tasted watered down. The only pizza that I actually enjoyed was the spinach pizza. Every other slice I tried was warm, but tasted like it had been sitting out for quite a while. I guess I’ll have to start ordering slices fresh as I’m ready to eat them if I want that flavor I’m used to. On the positive side, the

Very spacious and lots of roomie tables to sit for big crowds. They have people who actually come yo clean up the tables (not all the cicis do) staff is friendly and they are constantly bringing out orders of fresh food. They even have valentina sauce lol.

They’re horrible & was picking with me and my siblings ! All we did was come in and try to enjoy our food and staff was rushing us and being rude and nasty towards the whole group. BATHROOM IS SOOO NASTY AND THE CUPS WERE NOT WASHED.

I was very displeased on how the cashier made the experience of visiting this location a somewhat disappointment. The manager had to step in and make the experience worth while. I see why he is in management. He remained professional and made sure we were satisfied. Sometimes it takes for the manager to step in because sometimes employees try to overstep the manager.
