We came here based on the strong reviews, but the experience didn’t quite match what we expected. The food was standard breakfast fare—nothing exceptional. The manager or owner was friendly during the initial greeting, but our assigned server provided very minimal service. Use this: We went to Café Navarre in New Orleans for breakfast, and overall it was a mixed experience. The service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was very good. Unfortunately, the food did not match the rest of the experience. I ordered the eggs Benedict, which is one of my favorite breakfast dishes, and it was very disappointing.
