Delicious food. Everything was hot and fresh. The atmosphere was great, especially the Justin Bieber music. I Tried the beef pho, pork dumplings & the Crab Rangoon's. The crab rangoons are probably the best I’ve ever had! The scorpion bowl was also great! The only downside was the bathrooms were not clean.

A little bit of a wait before we were given water. Service was ok, otherwise. Food was decent. Seems authentic. Spring rolls were overpriced and underwhelming. Pho broth was good.

My sister went and grabbed take out and I thought it was a joke when we began unpacking the food. There was a small amount of peanut sauce that came with our order of two spring rolls. She told me she did grab me an extra.. still wasn’t enough. I was a little surprised to see the spring rolls stuffed in the takeout box the way it was. She ordered two miso soups that’s completely opened in a bag. We attempted to eat the soup but it did not taste good. We threw out the rice once we saw hair in it. Another movie, another post-movie dinner at Pho City. This time, on a Monday night at 630pm, the establishment seemed sparsely populated. I ordered the P7 pho ($16) with pho steak (that's what the menu says), flank steak, and meatballs. This arrived w/in 5 minutes. The soup was hot enough to absorb the bean sprouts without cooling down, and seemed adequately flavored. The portion size this time seemed smaller that I remembered even though the bowls were the same.
