This location serves rotten vegetables/potatoes. Went with my mother, sister, and aunt and 3 of us got baked potatoes. We all agreed they had a strange taste so after cutting more into it we noticed many black mold spots. After showing this to the manager- a woman named Nicole- she was very dismissive and laughed about the gross food. When we got our check we were charged for the rotten food. After confronting Nicole a second time- she told us how sometimes their potatoes grow rotten spots and they get through to customers. They cut into ur food, see rotten spots, and still serve it to you. We

Wow. Atmosphere, food, blend of all and a little. I am every bit of picky, so my reviews are far and few in-between. Sooo busy, it was sardine-can waiting for a spot. Whether it was a 5 minute wait, a 40 minute-get-back-in-your-car-for-warmth--they'll-call me-hunger-growl- @ribsarehittingmyback-- it doesn't matter. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE (during this visit). Spent $40 on a boneless ribeye... it was raw. Waitress was awkwardly cold to us. They re-fired the ribeye and it came out perfectly the second time around. There was no apology, no smile and no check in apart from confirming the ribeye was cooked fine. The manager stopped by later and asked how we were doing, she did apology and gave us a smile. Our waitress did not talk to us again the rest of the night, we paid through the machine. Sarah was an amazing server here, She was friendly, attentive, and made sure our table had everything we needed throughout the meal. She checked in often without being overwhelming and had such a positive attitude the whole time. Our food came out quickly, and she made the experience enjoyable from start to finish.
