I was originally going to order on DoorDash. Then I realized,I haven’t been to Hatch44 in 3years and I must say,I missed this place! I wanted to go see it in person.The new location is gorgeous and such a modern design and fresh atmosphere. I ordered the Fiesta Scramble and my waitress Sofia was very accommodating to my food allergy. Her service was outstanding and personable. I love that she knew the menu well and she tried a lot of the food,it makes a difference because i need help making a decision lol I tried the hibiscus kiss but honestly it was bitter from the lime so I was able to order

Went for brunch today on Juneteenth with my sister and friend. Ordered the birria omelette, which was very good, but probably could use a little bit more salt and seasoning (at least for me) but overall it will cater to most palates nicely. Our waitress Mericis D was great and very courteous and attentive, despite it being extraordinarily busy. My hot ameretto latte was delicious and beautiful to look at. Our friend who ordered the spicy avocado toast loved her meal. Overall very good experience here.

Malcolm was awesome! 🤩 Great suggestions from him, and the menu's got a ton of options, including some rad vegan choices and some Caribbean twist! Only thing's the menu's has no modernization but that's a minor thing. Love that they're all about inclusivity - mocktail flights with optional booze added? Genius! BYOB-friendly or maybe they'll start serving drinks someday 😊.

Absolutely loved this place! The food and drinks were delicious and beautifully presented. The service was great—even with a busy crowd, everything felt well-handled. The manager even came to our table to introduce himself and check if we needed anything, which was such a nice touch. The decor and all the little details clearly show how much care went into everything. Great experience with amazing vibes—highly recommend and will definitely be back soon!
