So, this is my first time at Carrot Express, and honestly, I was really into the food, breakfast bundle was awesome and the portions were good. But there was a little hiccup after we ordered a matcha latte, a chai latte, and a cappuccino. The staff mentioned they didn’t have any milk, so they’d just give us tea instead. We weren’t on board with that, so we asked if they could just go grab some milk from the store next door. Great experience! Raul gave excellent service — very friendly, polite, and welcoming. I had the carrot cake, which was delicious, along with a coffee to accompany it. This is my second time here, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
