I went to pick up two orders via the drive-thru around 11.30pm on Sunday. It wasn’t ready but I couldn't even imagine it would take 20 minutes. When the order finally arrived, I took the first one, intending to check it and place it properly in the car, but the employee threw the second order on top, right through my open window. The drink spilled, the food fell out—this was absolutely unacceptable! These actions are just a nightmare, and such employees need to be fired immediately. I’m just shocked.

Empty restaurant except for 2 other people and we stood at the front register for several minutes being looked at by workers and ignored every single time they made eye contact with us. We waited until a separate worker came out from another room to take our order and she was very friendly and the food came out the second our order was done. But the service from every other worker was less than ideal, and a quick "we'll be with you in a moment" would've been easily understood, but oh well. Also the front door to the building was locked from the outside so everyone coming into the restaurant ha
