The very first time I came the wings were sooooo good cooked perfectly! This time and this is my second time the wings were cooked differently it didn’t taste right and I had to pick through my chicken which I don’t like to do or normally do I don’t know if they be switching cooks or what . Also the girl that was working today was on her phone most of the time . So if I asked for something extra or in the side it seems she had an attitude . Like do your job. Anyway probably won’t be returning tho ! Also I was not driving so I couldn’t return my food for a refund ! Also it was not BUSY at all

I always go to this location to get snowballs with my kids and food - in person and delivery. The last two times I came in person has been horrible. The lady with dreads seems to be new here (never seen her before) but each time she has a horrible attitude and rude as ever. She rushes you as well to order and acts as if you are getting on her nerves as soon as you start to order. To the point you can’t even pick your flavor for a snowball. I have even witness a customer come after me and she was being rude and rushing them to order and the customer told her to please give me a moment to look.

Had a taste for a snowball, but it was so cold when I got off that I opted for a cheese steak instead. WOW! One of the best cheese steaks ever in Baltimore County! The sub was packed with quality steak and just the right amount of cheese and fixins. Only wish I had ordered fries!

The young lady taking orders today 5/27/26 has an awful attitude. I was trying to order a breakfast platter and did not understand why the total was so high. Sumthin Kool apparently has not updated their online menu and instead of the young lady taking her time to explain the new prices she was impatient and rude. You can lose business that way. With all the struggling restaurants trying to stay own their management should train their staff in the importance of customer service which is what keeps the business going. As a business owner myself I would never hire someone with a bad attitude. Ne
