So today I went to pick up my order of an egg and cheese sandwich on toasted multigrain roll. I’ve ordered this sandwich regularly off the same app for months now. I walked over from work on my 15 minute break and brought it back to my office. When I opened the box, only half the order was there. Usually it is 4 small pieces of bread and today only 2. There was also a shell in my egg. I called to inquire and they told me to come back and they would amend it. And they said they must have read the order wrong, which doesn’t seem likely. New to Milford and this place has it all, tasty coffee, great food, lots of space, and good music. This morning I watched a man get angry at the barista because the Italian soda that he ordered wasn't coffee. It was nice to see such a crazy remark spoken so confidently (and angrily) answered by the employee with a level head and not turned into the world's funniest, but most unnecessary fight. The place is a gem.
