I don't know why I waited so long to try this place! I've been getting their blueberry muffins and croissants seasonally at Robert Treat's. Finally went in and ordered a bacon egg and cheese, got a few sweets for the family and a rice pudding for myself! Grabbed a hot coffee as well! ALL WERE AMAZING! Will definitely be back!

Fantastic bacon egg and cheese sandwich, great bagel, great cinnamon walnut scone. Would recommend these above all other choices. The poptart, coffee, and biscuits are ok. The service is fast and nice. The store is on the smaller side so it may get cramped with a lot of customers.

I’m a tourist who loves to try local bakeries when vacationing. I’ve never had better food than at Scratch! We got breakfast here again and again. Once we went to a different spot and realized it was not nearly as good. I loved the variety. I asked the employee what to get and she surprised me by recommending the “morning glory” muffin. Totally blown away by this unassuming muffin. Doesn’t look like anything special but it is moist and delicious with whole walnuts, zucchini and carrots (think sweet with warm spices). Also, their muffins are enormous (I love how they do not use a tiny cupcake s
