It’s actually impressive how slow this Taco Bell location is. How am I still waiting in drive through after 30 minutes at 1:30pm when there was 2 people in line before me? Worst TB in Connecticut. Just go to canes next door if you need a quick bite especially since they started up charging to swap beef for BEANS. I guess screw vegetarians.

August 2022. STAFF is RUDE!!! They have such a bad attitude, even rolled their eyes at the window when paying and picking up the order. Ordered from the drive thru and kept getting rushed while hearing the person taking the order obviously huffing and puffing. I ordered two #1’s but asked for it to be veggie. The order was correct on the screen (see pic of receipt) but what I got were dry empty taco shells. Once we got to the window it was more annoyance as if placing an order is bothering them. It wasn’t only the cashier that rolled their eyes, a guy got close to the window and gave a look of

Food was badly prepped employees were fooling around.. person on drive-through lies saying that they’re heavily busy And not even half of the restaurants filled with people. Please hire better people to prep the food or retrain them

I’ve been here a few times and each time got worse. The first time, I waited in line for 20 minutes to get to the window to pickup an online order and then waited another 10 for them to make it. The second time they give me my order, without saying a single word to me, I say thank you, continue to get ignored and the window gets shut in my face. The third and will be the last time, I get home and find moldy tomatoes in my chalupa. They need to do better asap!
