I waited for 10 minutes on a sandwich when the rest of my order was done alright fine I get it I’ll wait but then after receiving the sandwich ITS COLD I’m in the middle of setting up my daughters birthday party I don’t have time to go back in so I call to complain and the manager just gave excuses no apology no trying to help nothing terrible experience. I like other Wendy’s like the one on pearl street in Bridgeton but I’m not going back to this one again they suck

I always go thru the drive thru and the speed and service is AMAZING!! I ALWAYS get an accurate order and good quality food!! I have not experienced a Wendy’s like this ever!! You can definitely see leadership in management caring for service and quality!!

Was covering the store in the area for my job and stopped at Wendy's for lunch. Parking lot was clean it. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. Picked up a cheeseburgers and fries for lunch. And the food was prepared just like the picture on the wall. If you're in the mood for fast food this Wendy's is definitely up your alley. Definitely recommend
