Worst chipotle ever! We waited in line for awhile and once we got to the counter to order there was a small sign that said no cheese. I asked if I could get queso on my burrito since there was no cheese and was told no, it wasn't their fault, it was supply chain issues. The lettuce was pink. The girl was slamming the grill making loud noises.There were no forks or napkins. We asked and were told they had no napkins. The bathroom smelled like a litter box. Trash was overflowing. Walking in I was anticipating a great meal . My partner had told me fantasy stories of this chain , so casually I was excited to say the least. But I get up to the line and order . Now I’ve seen messier chipotles so I was not deterred by the employees talking and not cleaning ,and ordered . They do the bare minimum. I arrived at 10:45 and they were still slowly lolly-gaggingly opening the store until 10:55. There was no toilet paper or paper towels in the bathroom. The lettuce was brown and they had not made vinaigrette. I was their third customer of the day. They don’t open, they just seem to come in and figure it out as they go. I’m a teacher so I’m hurrying to get a kid chipotle for a prize and I am already limited on time. I decided to leave. Raggedy in my opinion.
