I made a dinner reservation at Tullibee for my husband's birthday on a Wednesday evening at 7:15PM. We were greeted and seated right away. I loved the ambiance- moody loft, classy, and chill. We opted for the 5-course chef's "Leave it to Us" and we were literally blown away! Every course was delicious, balanced, flavorful, and nicely plated. If I could give more than 5 stars to Tullibee, I absolutely would! We are having dinner here again tonight before we leave Minneapolis. Hands down- amazing!

4.5 / 5 is fair. Solid all around Scandinavian fusion. We were pleased with every dish for an upscale casual experience in a hotel. Prices were fair for quality and experience. Andrew the manager and Bart our server were polite and hospitable and helpful with item selections. Appetizers: Lamb meatballs were good and with a ricotta base and gremolata if I recall. Chefs tasting menu was a great value, and super tasty! I’ve had many good filet, and this may be the best. Also the homemade pasta was awesome. Great ambience as well for a date night. Perfect way to celebrate anniversary!

Stellar establishment. Unbelievably tasty, well prepared dishes. I absolutely loved my flat iron steak with whipped potatoes and broccoli rabe. I also have a rare allergy and the chef made a custom vegetable dish to accommodate me on the fly.
