The large restaurant is located in Clermont, Florida. They prepare American barbecue cuisine. It is part of a chain with additional locations honoring the military and first responders. Several tables are available for dining in but no servers. Salads 🥗, sandwiches 🥪, burgers 🍔, combinations, kids menu, sides and beverages are on the menu. They have various barbecue options including brisket, turkey, sausage, pulled chicken, pulled pork, baby back ribs and salmon. We ordered salad, french fries 🍟, a combination meal and sandwiches. The food was very good and tasty.

Some of the best seasoned brisket I've had in a while. You have two options to choose moist or lean. I recommend the moist because of the fat and flavor. The fries were good and the cornbread was just OK. Everything is à la carte so make sure you take that into consideration when ordering. The employees were very professional and came to your table to ask if you needed anything. Atmosphere was clean lots of families and I definitely will come back for this brisket. The mission and vision of this restaurant is very heartfelt as my dad was a veteran, and this means a lot to all those who served

Great new local BBQ spot! The atmosphere is warm and family-friendly, and the staff is welcoming and attentive. The menu is all à la carte, which lets you mix and match your favorites. We tried the brisket, ribs, shredded chicken, and a turkey sandwich, all were flavorful and cooked perfectly. For sides, we had the baked beans, cornbread and for dessert, we enjoyed the banana pudding everything was delicious. Overall, a great experience we’ll definitely be back!

We visited Mission BBQ Clermont on April 8 to by 2 pounds of lean sliced brisket so I could make brisket enchiladas to bring into work for a pot luck lunch the next day. We also decided to order dinner for dine in while we were there and I ordered a cheeseburger (first time trying there) which was so very tasty, thick and smoky and we ordered a turkey dinner plate with two sides. The turkey is always good. We have never ever had any disappointments at any Mission BBQ locations until this experience.
