The service came with pleasant smiles & polite attention! This young lady deserves 5 stars for sure. But the food was not what I'm use to for Subway quality. 😣 The bun was significantly.... "shriveled" for lack of a better word & just didn't taste fresh. I THOUGHT I remembered your cookies being warm, but the one I had also didn't taste fresh. 🤷 Food quality needs improved. I would've given 3 stars if not for the pleasant service. My son actually tipped based on her service - something he is not inclined to do at this type of restaurant, but he wasn't so thrilled with his sub either.

After already eating half my sandwich I pulled out one curly like black hair, and then found another piece of hair in the sandwich. This is disappointing and disgusting. Why are we not making sure to keep our hair up and wearing hair nets? There is no excuse for this happening. When I tired to call the subway store I ordered from it brought me to a Verizon message saying “sorry the number you dialed is not available” EDIT: Also there is no way it could be my hair because I have ginger hair that is about 3 feet long.

Tried to change an order i made online by calling the store but nobody answers!@!.... Update: somebody at the store picked up the phone and hung up on me several times! Great customer service! I will never again buy subway. Jersey mikes is better anyways
