The company knows how to do online... there is a grab and go pickup rack that says online orders... but the staff do not use it. They make you flag someone down to get it from behind the counter, and say it's due to theft, which I could understand if it was downtown Minneapolis, but this is Minnetonka...

Never going back to this location. 0/5 stars. Unbelievable!!! I’ve never seen a place with this many negative reviews on google. Apparently corporate or the manager doesn’t do anything or care. At 12:30pm on a Sunday (open since 10:45am) no white rice, no veggies, no guacamole, no forks, and no ice in the ice machine. So you pay full price but don’t get all the options. One section of the dinning room still had chairs on the tables from the night before. Was told only three employees came in. Obviously no leadership.
