So the stars are unusual because they had heating issues and had to use the drive in.with that said the staff there were busting hump to do a great job and given the difficulties did great and hopefully thd franchise rewarded them for doing so good.

First off the fries were cold and they did not taste good at all did not have the other cheese on them waited in line in the drive thru for 15 minutes to wait on cold food bad customer service would not eat at this location.

Talk about crappy service. Drive through, 4:30pm Sunday. Got my order ,looked at it. Was missing half the order. Was not in the bag and a sandwich I didn't order was .the guy even asked if I wanted spicy or regular,,sheesh. What is happening in the world where parents are raising thier children to not give a crap about anything other than themselves. They have no pride or inclination to do a good job. Lazy,self centered Bratz .I wish I could give a zero star rating.

Took me an hour to pick up an order in the drive through. Waiting an hour in a drive through is ridiculous, I would have left if I hadn’t already paid for my order. Then we get our order… and it wasn’t even right. Nothing but mustard on the burgers. Literally no other toppings and the food was completely cold. This place is a disgrace, DO NOT EAT HERE.
