Okay let’s talk about the food and the hype. The food is good don’t get me wrong but for the hype it’s not there to be completely honest with you. I would not order anything but the pasta dishes for your main. The other main courses are just not as good. We ordered the duck and though it was amazing it does not even compare to there pasta dishes we had which were very delicious. The service was very nice. Our waiter was ver attentive to us and took care of us and the atmosphere was very relaxed and easy to talk to people.

Had such a great experience at Flour + Water. I went with the tasting menu and every course was absolutely delicious—thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. You can really tell how much care goes into each dish. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. A special touch that stood out: the chef sent out a complimentary appetizer, which was such a thoughtful surprise. Overall, a beautiful dining experience from start to finish. I forgot to take some pictures of some other dishes.

I’ve heard so many good things about this place and I can say they live up to the expectations. Duck casoncelli and seaweed Chittara were both delicious although the pasta was more al dente that I typically like. The ricotta was ok but not the best I’ve had. Amberjack crudo was absolutely fresh and delicious. For dessert we tried strawberry pavlova and chocolate budino and they were both amazing with all the right textures

Came here from a STRONG recommendation from our foodie friend: vibe is GREAT, staff is inconsistent, and food is OK. I would’ve liked to do the pasta tasting menu for myself but the entire table has to do it (I’m a BIG eater). Arancini and salad were FIRE, margarita pizza needed Calabrian chilies (which they gave me) to add spice/flavor, PRIDE Month pasta looked INCREDIBLE but had ZERO flavor, and chocolate budino was BOMB.
