Really liked this cafe. Music on weekends creates a great vibe. Beautiful design with a gorgeous tree out front. The coffee and matcha were both good. It’s mainly a roastery, so the menu is mostly drinks. My only suggestion would be to serve the iced matcha in a slightly bigger, taller glass.

Excellent espresso drinks and background music. the vegan muffin cube cake thing was excellent and had a little spice. It is more of a espresso bar than a traditional coffee house and thus there are limited seats and tables with areas to stand, wall table to set a drink, and enjoy an espresso, a la Roma style.... it is called espresso fro a reason.. The area outside around the tree is very pleasant on a warm day. Much of the local crowd seems to be there for a quick coffee on a break, and thus tables and area open up quickly and not a long wait to get a "chill" spot to caffeinate.

I had such a great experience at Hedge Coffee in the Mission. The coffee was amazing—I ordered a flat white with oat milk and it was perfectly balanced and smooth. The space itself is just as impressive. It has this gorgeous mid-century modern vibe—clean lines, warm tones, and a really thoughtfully designed interior that makes you want to stay awhile. It feels elevated but still super welcoming. I also really appreciated their no-tip policy—it’s already included in the price, and it’s nice knowing the baristas are paid fairly. Finally made it to Hedge Coffee and even found parking on the same street. Yay me. When you walk in; what can I say; you have a live pine tree standing in front of you; complemented by beautiful skyline ' absolutely gorgeous. The space is incredible - really chill, good music in the background, high ceilings & vinyl records - good vibes. I ordered my Americano with a little bit of almond milk. Coffee was presented to me in a matching the vibe cup but the ratio of espresso and hot water was a little bit off; too strong like the cup was too small. The staff working there was not rude, but t
