We looked for a local owned restaurant with good breakfast options. We found it at Ruby's Diner! Hubby had Cowboy Scramble. I had Veggie Omelette. Both of us took to-go boxes. It was too good to leave. The staff is fantastic, friendly, and always quick to seat you and ready to refill your coffee. Food came out quickly, hot, and fresh. Parking is a premium due to popularity so we just parked on the street and it was well worth it. We bought a Ruby's Diner sticker so we remember it for next time we travel through and I also added it to my Maps Favorites list.

Such a cool, old school cafe dining experience. Food came out fresh and very quickly. Staff works well together to ensure that each customer is well taken care of. We were very nervous from the look of the jammed packed parking lot that there would be a very long wait, but this way not the case. They got us right in. The hometown feel of the cafe takes you back in time to a simpler time. We enjoyed our time here.
