The employees are quickly reactive to customers. A manager is usually visible each morning when I go there, and she keeps everything moving. I use the drive-thru and inside, both are surprisingly efficient for fast food these days. The food is always good, with the exception of my Diet Coke often has a mixture taste of root beer and flavors. The inside and around clientele is colorful, comprised of blue collar workers and homeless people. I've often been entertained by the loud talk smack and costumes paraded by the morning customers. Irritating. I came to redeem my free sandwich from getting the app, which they had a sign for outside and in the drive through. I got to the window and gave them the QR code and they said they didn’t offer that, all I said was oh okay and moved on. The employees and manager immediately started defending themselves when I had said nothing else, they all had attitudes as if I had said something rude. I paid and had to drive to a parking spot to wait for my food. After 10 minutes of waiting I went back around and told them that I hadn’t gotten my food after 10 min of waiting. I told her that I ha

It started when I walked in. The floor is super sticky and you just feel gross. Please buy and use some pinesol or something and change the mop water. Next my order was wrong. Perhaps I spoke to fast but the. I went up to get my BBQ sandwich only. I paid for it and and I received the combo without the drink. My same order was wrong twice and the second time I didn’t even get what I paid for. The milkshake didn’t even hit the fill line. Bathroom have much to be desired. Definitely not worth coming here. I

I went to the downtown location and surprisingly there was no line, but to me a line means my food will be hot 🤔 I order the egg and cheese biscuit combo with and orange juice, I can say I wasn’t disappointed at all.
