Unfortunately, we found a baby cockroach in our chicken tortilla soup of the day. This was the most disgusting dining experience ever. My wife and I were sharing it as an appetizer, which was pretty good, but then my wife saw something in her spoon and asked me to inspect it more closely...sure enough a small roach! We left immediately and let our server know. Will be reporting this to food inspectors.

Fuzio Bistro absolutely delivered after my buddy and I crossed the finish line of a Spartan Race and needed a proper celebration meal. Our server Madisyn was awesome. She's inviting, friendly, fun, and a fellow Spartan. When she found out we'd just finished a race, she shared her own story of completing a Spartan Ultra in the French Alps with her boyfriend. Still a good place for quick tasty food. Gotten expensive though. $39 for 8 slice of round beef or 8 Oz. With potatoe au gratin and green beans. I can not eat that much food. We try to share. And no left overs to take home.
