Location was not crowded clean with friendly staff. My order was completed in a timely manner and handled with care. Food tastes great well prepared. I would definitely return to this location.

Food is decent usually but thats where it stops. Seems like there is very poor management. Chairs still up on tables at 1 in the afternoon. Signage for Friday specials on a Monday. Soup of the day on the board wasnt available and soup that wasnt on the board was. Paper sign taped to the POS that says "No Salad", so 33% of their menu isnt even available. Girl at the counter doesnt say hi, doesnt say bye, doesnt say thank you. Actually says as few words as possible. Overall just seems like nobody here cares.

It's rare that I light someone or someplace up on social media, but tonight I feel compelled to as this is essentially a public service announcement: the McAlister's Deli in Mokena (11215 West Lincoln Highway) is a horrible place with a shockingly rude staff. I hope you never go there and subject yourself to the worst customer service imaginable. I walked in at 5:45 pm and with no one in front of me, ordered three sandwiches. The staff did a fantastic job, and this does not reflect them in any way. This establishment was busy during lunch, and they had one person up front to juggle all of it alone. The lack of proper coverage is a management issue entirely, and it isn't acceptable knowing how much the owners and managers profit, and how little their staff is paid. It's appalling that they're underpaying and overworking people.
