Waited a good 15min in the drive thru. Got our food and headed home. Got a couple blocks away and started to eat. Both our sandwiches were ice cold. Should of went back but wanted to get home.pretty sad. Only 1 other car in the drive thru ahead of us.And for what they charge now . it was a total rip off.

Ordered a biggie bag, a biggie bundle and a new spicy chicken sandwich and chili. This is a mobile order that was placed with an hour wait. Checked the food missing nuggets and all the food is iceberg cold Called location to speak with the manger to talk about order Manager has the nastiest attitude not trying to hear issue at all Telling me I can’t get a refund and the food was packed by her She begins to raise her voice as I’m stating I’m at work just like her I can’t just up and leave that was my lunch break and I was late for work due to the wait I’ve should have known better than to come

Wendy's used to be a lot better. Most of the problem are the employees. They have no patience, rude, attitude and lazy. Bathrooms is dirty and smells. Tables are not being properly clean including the dining area. The parking outside is not being swept. PLEASE do NOT hire LAZY people with an ATTITUDE...

Fast food is fast food. Things will be wrong, mistakes will be made, language barrier sometimes happens, food will be just ok. But honestly shout out to the owner who makes this place so cute all year long. I think me more than my toddler gets so excited to see the decor change each season. Love your heart in making the mediocre feel so memorable and sweet. It’s the little things in life. Yes, your staff gave us ranch instead of Caesar dressing but you know the team is really polite and fix things quickly… and I just love that Christmas tree so much dressed up for Easter and other holidays.
