I am always impressed with the Wendy's on N 18th. The drive thru is my preferred method of picking up lunch and staff is always personable and fast. They have the drive thru down to a science! No long waits and after placing the order, the next stop is the cashier and moving up and are being handed your food and on your way. My order is always correct and the staff always greets you and smiles. Very pleasant experience and the food always tastes fresh and packaged very neatly. Highly recommend 👌

THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! STACEY HUFF NEEDS TO BE FIRED- RUDE, IGNORANT AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS I placed an order thru the mobile app which made me pay in advance. When I got there they didn't have what I ordered but they marked the order as picked up so I couldn't cancel it. They refused to give me my money back and Stacey kept telling me I had to cancel it in the app even though I showed her they marked it as picked up and there was nothing I could do. She kept telling me she wasn't giving me a refund and to cancel it in the app. THIEVES
