this is the most organized Chick-fil-A ive ever been to. how they have the drive up set up is genius. the staff that work it are amazing and all in great spirits and you can tell them enjoy their job!! fast service and hot food.

Typical busy Chick-fil-A on the inside with friendly customer service. The only reason I'm not giving it a 5 is that the chicken sandwich I got was probably the weirdest and worst cooked spicy chicken deluxe I've ever gotten from a Chick-fil-A. It was weirdly tough and stringy in a number of places and dryer on the inside than I expect. My wife's chicken sandwich was also a bit dryer than we usually see at Chick-fil-As, so I don't think it was a fluke. But it was still a worthwhile stop while driving through to Philly

On 10/22 I got a disgusting hair in my fries along with a chunk of lint. Within an hour after ordering the food, called the number on my receipt to report the hair and was told I could receive a call from management within 24 to 48 hours. It has been a full week since then and I have received no correspondence of any kind, by email, phone or otherwise. So for future reference: if anything happens to your food, there is likely nobody going to call you back.

Horrible wait time with hardly any cars here. Waited 15 minutes. Friendly customer service at this location is sub par compared to other locations.
