Standard Panera food with regards to flavor and options, but good portion sizes and very friendly staff! While this location can get busy, you still receive your order in a timely fashion, the staff is working hard. This Panera is a bit out of my way compared to another location, but I prefer to come here because of the difference in quality and care. The salad I got last week was constructed really well with generous portions of fruit and chicken, a very stand out experience compared to ordering the same salad at other locations. I stopped in to get my order and the manager let me know they were out of one of my items and offered an alternative. I mentioned that the alternative was only about half the price of what I paid. The manager went and checked the prices and then offered two items to make the price difference even out. There was no altercation, no heated debate - just a comment and a manager offering a fair alternative. In the interim, there were two younger women behind the counter putting orders together. They both were talking about “wow, we have some whiners today”. I said excuse me twice and neither

Panera food has always be food court food at a high price. I understand what im asking for, but what im not asking for is needing to return to the counter 3 times to ask for more items of my order. When we dared to ask for napkins we were told to go to the bathroom and use the paper towels. We drove to this panera because the one closest to us consistantly had similar problems. If u live in monroeville or are passing through, I would recomend literally anything else (except the chipotle that also is bad, garbage everywhere)

BUYER BEWARE I placed an online order at 330 for 4PM pickup, however, as I was driving to get my food I received a call from the store that my order had been cancelled. Apparently, the whole evening shift didn't bother to show up so the store needed to close early. Before you place an order you should probably verify that the store is open and if they have enough staff working.
