HORRIBLE!! Went through drive thru. Had to pull up and park to wait almost 10 minutes for jalapeño poppers. I only ordered the poppers and a drink. The poppers were all stuck together and burnt. Some were just batter missing jalapeños.

Horrible experience and I would give 0 stars if I could. Went with my daughters to grab them a dessert as it was a scorcher outside this day. I ordered the new monster cookie shake and this is what we were given... and to add to that I had to ask the unprofessional manager who seemed frustrated with being tasked with training a new hire and service others, for the dash of cookies added atop. Wouldn't recommend to anyone looking for good customer service or a decent "food" option..

Horrible. I think they gave me the oldest hamburger that they had left. I was the only one in the store so how could it not be fresh? The buns were smashed.

I don't expect much from Jack in the Box, but somehow they still disappointed me. I was just served the stalest, most hockey puck like hamburger bun imaginable. It's hard to imagine someone taking that bun out of a bag, handling it, and thinking "yeah, that's fine to serve." It actually crunched.
