Lost my appetite after seeing a mouse!!! I really wanted to enjoy this place because the atmosphere was great. They had a DJ playing excellent music, which made for a fun vibe. We started with the sweet potato fries, which were savory and flavorful. We also ordered the jumbo chicken wings, but unfortunately they were a little overcooked. The empanadas were pretty decent and probably my favorite item we tried. Unfortunately, the experience took a turn for the worse. Antika in Montclair is hands down the best Sunday afternoon lunch spot. The food is always amazing, the hookah is great, and the whole vibe is exactly what you want for a relaxed, enjoyable afternoon. Shadi and the entire staff are literally the best, so welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. They always make sure everything is perfect and that you feel taken care of from the moment you walk in. Great food, great hookah, great service, and great people. Antika is a must-visit!

Really great taste, but their food was drowned in oil. Maybe my bar for Arab cuisine is higher because it’s what I was raised with, but their food was not as good as other Mediterranean spots in Montclair/Paterson. But otherwise the vibe was nice and the service was great
