My husband and I went to get 3 Bavarian cream and three chocolate with cream-filled. The girl at the counter started to take them out of the case and the lady that had the earpiece on stops her and tells her no these are for the people at the window. We were so unwelcome there You could cut a tension with a knife. This woman was a manager.. When we walked in, there was nobody upfront that we could see. So we waited a minute or so, so my husband called to the back.. Then a woman came from the Baskin Robins area( I'm the front,). So we were just meeting ignored.. It has gotten so bad progressive

It sucks because I love Dunkin and this is the only one I ever come near, but everytime I order the bacon here, it says in the app it should come with 8 pieces but I most the time only get three. They are always out of SOMETHING and the customer service is just terrible most the time.

Came here this afternoon, we walked in and were never greeted by the 4-5 workers standing around just talking to each other. We waited by the baskin Robbin’s register to place our order and the workers just ignored us and kept talking amongst them selves. They all looked at us but not one of them ever came to take our order. We stood there waiting for a good 10 mins and we still were never acknowledged. Tried to flag a worker down but she ran outside to move her car??? We never got helped, no one ever talked to us at all. It was such a weird experience and poor service. We ended up leaving emp

I visited this location on the morning of 2/2/26 I waited at the drive thru speaker for about 5 minutes no answer drove around to the window just to see two employees at the counter just holding a conversation when there was a line in drive thru upper management needs to be held accountable for this also its take forever to get your order
