ABC in Monterey Park is the place to go for cheap HK food. I have only gotten family-style sharing dishes, and I would say it's pretty average. I think it's better than JJ Cafe though. They have some "afternoon tea" deals for noodles. Service is ok. They speak Mandarin, Cantonese, and some English. Free parking in the lot, but it's mostly full. Bathroom available.

Today i tried the food at ABC Cafe. I ordered the grilled chicken steak with price $ 13.99++. You can choose the sauce between blackpepper or mushroom, ita included little veggie, small mashed potato and ypu can choose rice or pasta (which is spaghetty). The size so big for me, sooo ...soo.. soo worth it! And i order to go 1 hainam chicken over rice and 1 wonton noodle soup. For thr hainam chicken the portion also big though. And the taste so good. Im recommended this resto!
