I’ll start off by saying the service was good. My waitress was polite, responsive and attentive. The atmosphere is lively and they even have a wedding chapel… I ordered the Pitmaster choice and was alittle let down. He decided to give me 2 ribs, pull pork , beans and coleslaw. I should have just ordered the two meat combo. I did add an extra slice of fatty brisket as I wanted to try their brisket but was disappointed that there were no fat on it and was dry. The pull pork was ok but the rib was a let down. Didn’t easily pull off the bone and was pretty dry. I had an add sauce to all the meat

Alright, I've seen a lot of social media posts about or from Oklahoma Smoke, so I had to give it a try. As a Texan, I know BBQ. I have yet to find an Oklahoma BBQ that could hold a candle to any basic random BBQ joint in Texas. I was hopeful about this place and it was alright. I came inside and placed a to go order. Waitress was friendly and it was easy to order. Restaurant was a tad dirty but maybe they were previously busy. Atmosphere was okay except for whoever was in the kitchen talking obnoxiously loud. I ordered a pound of brisket, half rack ribs, Mac-n-cheese, green beans, and jalapeño stuffed things that was an appetizer. Once home and started to unbox, every container was greasy on the outside which made a mess while I was portioning out food. Brisket- I ordered sliced and received chopped. Very dry but greasy on the outside, almost like beef tallow was p
