I pulled up to the drive thru and waited about five minutes before being asked my order. I gave my order and then heard nothing and saw nothing on the screen that is supposed to show my order. Five minutes later I was again asked my order. I repeated it. They state they have turned the ice cream machine off for the night- despite having about an hour and a half before they close. I say I’ll just get the rest of my order then. She rings me up and tells me to pull forward. I wait behind another car for about five more minutes before I’m finally able to pull up to the window. I wish I could rate you an absolute zero. Your guy who answered the radio side and showed how exasperated he was with his job. I had a super long wait for him to even answer at the drive through radio to begin with, and then I paid for a Hershey pie only to find out at the window. Not only did you not have it, but I was offered a cheaper alternative. The firecracker pie, which I begrudgingly took and complained that it was a cheaper option. They stole money from me.
