The dunkin on earl core road is the only one me and my husband will go to. The service is great and we love the employees. Coffee is always on point and food is great. I want to say we appreciate the hard work you do and appreciate the manager and the hard work she does and all the bull she has to put up with. I waited for 30 minutes in the drive through, and my coffee and food were very disappointing. The coffee is basically liquid sugar and did not come out as ordered. My sandwich was not warm and didn’t have much flavor, and my hash browns were soggy.

This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I placed a mobile order, and the girl in the drive through “said we just received that. Like literally not even a minute ago.” There is no difference in me telling you my order at the drive through or placing it on my app. Then she told me they did not have coconut milk to make my drink. They offered to make it with water? Then I asked to cancel my order and she yelled very rudely and said she couldn’t hear me. I asked again and she told me to go to the window. Be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes when you come here. Each time I’m here, the drive through is extremely slow and even if you go inside it’s the same as well. Coffee isn’t really the best in comparison to the other Dunkin Location and the service is kinda rude, you don’t really feel welcome anytime you engage with the employees.
