Just wanted to recognize a team member at Chick-fil-A on AJ Hwy for going above and beyond this morning. We had just found out that our 7-year-old husky, Miah, only has a few days to maybe two weeks left due to cancer. I came in visibly upset just to get her a pup cup. After I got back to my car, the employee actually ran outside and brought Miah a dog treat as well. It was such a thoughtful and compassionate gesture during a really difficult moment. Moments like that are why Chick-fil-A stands out. Please make sure that team member knows their kindness meant a lot to us. Thank you. ❤️🐾

Me: “Can I get my fries well-done and extra crispy?” As I do everywhere I order fries. Cashier: “We don’t do that at this location.” Me: “I’ll go somewhere (anywhere) else.” And walked out. Customer no-service is rampant. I didn’t ask for a hand‑foraged truffle reduction or fries carved by a Michelin‑starred monk. Interesting.

No chikfila sauce or fork with my nuggets last night. Not worth leaving a worse review, just thought I’d say it. It was still gas. Also y’all are trained creepily well to be polite, the chikfila way. It’s excessive. They should just let you be human. 😂

The food and portions are tinier than I remember :( Maybe all fast food portions just got smaller over time and prices meanwhile, went up… either way that kinda stinks. BUT the folks who work here are 10/10. Great and friendly. I can’t really say if the atmosphere was good or not because I drove thru lol.
