Ordered their special pub burger said made fresh? I live a couple blocks away when I got home the burger and fries were cold like dog food. I called up. Talk to the manager explained service was good. Everybody was polite. The food was horrible. She did apologize and I explained to her she should just give me a hot burger did not offer. Bathrooms were dirty, I’ve ate at Culver’s many times, but this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had..
