We were honestly so surprised by this place. Ball Factory Mount Prospect is incredibly clean and so well maintained. The staff are genuinely friendly and always smiling. I constantly saw team members wiping down tables and cleaning the bathrooms. It really shows how much they care. We have been to so many indoor play places for kids, and this one stands out. Very cute playplace really good for ages 1-12. Lots of slides and climbing and so many balls. There's a great tractor / little car yard with "gas pumps" to fill up and carts to pull around. There's a great tiny totes area for less than 36 inches which is like 1-2 year old. There's a very unique ball canyon area with pressurized shooters east to load and launch with soft squishy balls. Nice cage with pizza and chicken nuggets and some nice coffee drinks for the moms and dads. You get a free ball when you leave!

We had a wonderful experience! The playroom was clean, safe, and well-organized. There were plenty of fun activities and toys to keep the children entertained. Great place! My toddler enjoyed it so much. It is very clean. Staff is constantly cleaning which is great to see. The play areas are so much fun. My toddler enjoyed himself so much. We were able to get there early play, go eat lunch, go home and nap and returned later in the evening on this rainy day. Huge plus for mom and kids. Staff is attentive and friendly.
