Disappointing experience at Bowlero We went to play pool and unfortunately the experience was not good. The tables were in very poor condition, dirty and with torn felt, which really affected the game. In addition, there were 5 of us and they refused to give us an extra cue stick. We were forced to pay for two tables just to get 4 cues, even though it is completely possible to play with 5 people on one table. We hope management improves the table maintenance and customer service, as it’s not fair to pay for a service that is not properly maintained.

We had a party of 7 and they wouldn’t let us get 2 lanes. We were playing next to 2 people each having their own lane. On top of that the lane doesn’t even have more than 4 seats. Super overpriced, I would go to a different bowling alley next time
