I had a great experience at Happy Lemon Mochinut! The drinks and mochi donuts were fresh, delicious, and full of flavor. I especially loved the bubble tea and the unique texture of the mochi donuts – soft, chewy, and perfectly sweet. The shop is clean, the staff are friendly, and the service is quick. Public service announcement!!!!! The mango matcha ingredients have changed!!!! I ordered my mango matcha as usual and the color was much darker. The matcha is so bitter. The employees said both the mango and the matcha supply were changed about a week ago and did not know whether it was permanent or not. Huge bummer. I called Happy Lemon Lynnwood, Bellevue Square, and Issaquah. They all said they have not changed their mango matcha ingredients, just this one for some reason.
