Ordered carry out for my Mom for Mothers Day. Very disappointed in the Sunshine Bowl😠 it was cold, potatoes undercooked, fresh fruit was minimal and mostly bananas that were starting to turn brown. I threw bananas away! Apples were Granny Smith (very Hard) What about melons?? Cantaloupe, honey dew?? Strawberry’s were sour not sweet at all! Really??? Gravy was mostly watered down tasteless gruel. What happened to your Gravy?? Use to be the best🤷‍♀️ Presentation was terrible as well. Not at all happy w this breakfast!!! Nice to know I can order DoorDash and the website not to be up to par. Didn’t get the blueberry glazed bread that was promoted on the bob Evans DoorDash page. These pancakes were supposed to have strawberry glaze. Not plain chocolate chip. Do better Bob Evans.

WE stopped at Muncie Bob Evans on 5/20/26 @ 10:15am we waited close to 40 min to get our food. We had saus bis. & gravy, French toast, bacon, everything was over cooked. Our waitress apologized and offered to get more but we didn't have that much time. We love Bob Evans this was the first time we've ever had a bad experience here.

We came in and there were only 3 waitresses that we saw. A huge party waiting and then a couple of other people waiting. The looked VERY unorganized and definitely could not have handled this many people. No one seating people, another couple said "you have to put ypur name on the list right there"........naw! We left. We knew our quick breakfast would not have been quick! Or worth it
